Demo Reel

My Demo Reel consists of multiple clips or segments of Motion Capture Clean up and Blending. I have a total of 6 segments in my Demo Reel and they are as follows: A Fight Sequence, Backhand Club Sequence, Golf Swing, Tennis Forehand Hit, Soccer Trap and Shoot, and a Motion Blend Sequence.  You'll fully get what they are when you see it. The process of making and cleaning up these segments is... well... tedious. First the MoCap data itself.  The data is taken from capturing a person actually doing these actions live and recording them digitally through small sensors placed on the body. The data i receive to clean up and apply to characters is basically just that, digital locations of those sensors. So then I must take the data and then apply that to the character used. Making the data digital causes some issue and problems. The data is never the same as it was captured.  So then I have to go into the data, now applied to a character and clean it up. Basically fix joint issues, speed problems, adjust body parts that aren't flowing with the animation, etc.... The list goes on and on.  I'll save that for a rainy day, I was just giving some insight on the process.

Anyway I'm currently rendering out my Demo Reel so it should be done soon.
